Refund Policy
1. We take the utmost care to process payments as per the instructions given by our clients, online and offline. However, in case of an unlikely event of an erroneous payment or if the payee would like to cancel his payment, We will respond to the payee within 7 working days of receiving a valid request for refund from the payee. The timely refund of the payment will depend upon the type of credit card/banking instrument used during the transaction. The payee will have to send a written request for a refund within 2 days of making the payment to our official address or email ankit@acore.net along with-

  4. International payments will need minimum three weeks for the refund process.
